Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information I collect when you visit azureinnovationstation.com or contact me, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible
Azure Innovation Station is the brand of FGR Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company run by Frankie Riviera. I am the data controller for the information described here. Questions about privacy go to Frankie@frankieriviera.com.
What I collect
I collect as little as the work allows.
- Information you give me. When you book a call, you give Calendly your name, your email address, and anything you type into the booking form. When you email me or we work together, you share what you choose to, such as details about your business, your goals, and your systems.
- Information collected when you visit. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Microsoft Azure, which hosts the site, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of visit) for security and operations.
- Information outside services receive. The site loads the Open Sans font from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. The booking page embeds Calendly, which sets its own cookies and handles your booking under its own policy. See Google's privacy policy and Calendly's privacy notice.
How I use it
I use your information to:
- Reply to you and schedule, hold, and follow up on calls.
- Prepare proposals, deliver the work you hire me for, and send invoices.
- Keep the records the law requires, such as tax and accounting records.
- Keep the site secure and investigate misuse.
- Send you my email updates about new content, training, and offers. You are free to unsubscribe at any time.
I never sell, rent, or trade your information, and I never hand it to advertising networks. Under European and UK data protection law, my legal bases are the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, my legitimate interest in running and securing the business, your consent where you give it, and my legal obligations.
Email and calls
When you book a call or contact me, I add you to my email list so you hear about new content, training, and offers from me. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you are free to leave the list at any time.
Calls happen on Microsoft Teams. Some calls are recorded or transcribed so I keep accurate notes. If a call is being recorded, I say so at the start, and you are free to ask me not to.
Who I share it with
I share personal information only with the service providers who help me run the business, and only as needed:
- Microsoft (Azure and Microsoft 365) for hosting, email, file storage, and Teams calls.
- Calendly for scheduling.
- Google for the font the site loads.
- A payment processor when you pay an invoice.
Each provider processes your information under its own privacy terms and only to provide its service. Beyond this, I disclose information only when the law requires it or to protect my legal rights.
Where it is processed
I am based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere, your information is transferred to the United States when you use this site or contact me. My providers rely on recognized transfer safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
How long I keep it
- Emails, booking details, and call notes: as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable time afterward, so I keep the context if you come back.
- Contracts, invoices, and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server logs: held by Microsoft Azure under Microsoft's own retention schedule.
How I protect it
I protect your information with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards: Microsoft cloud services with multi-factor authentication, access limited to me, and no copies on shared or public systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so I am not able to promise absolute security. If a breach affects your information, I will tell you as the law requires.
Your rights and choices
You are always able to:
- Ask what information I hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask me to correct or delete it.
- Object to or restrict how I use it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier.
- Ask for your information in a portable format.
Email Frankie@frankieriviera.com and I will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Do Not Track and tracking
This site has no advertising, no analytics, and no cross-site tracking of its own, so it does not respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser. Google and Calendly receive the information described above when their services load, and their policies govern what they do with it.
Children
This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given me personal information, email me and I will delete it.
Other websites
The site links to YouTube, LinkedIn, the Skool community, and my demo sites. Each of those has its own privacy policy, and this one does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
When I change this policy, I update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how I use your information, I will note it here.
